About this trip

The Luxor day with your own car and your own guide — seven places — so the order of the day is yours to change as you go.

Everything else matches the group trips: the desert road with a rest stop, Karnak, the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut, lunch, and back the same evening. What you are paying for is not being on anybody else's schedule.

  • Your own car and your own guide, so the order of the day is yours to change.
  • The drive across the desert road, with a rest stop on the way.
  • Passports are checked at the road checkpoints, so bring yours.
  • Karnak, the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut’s temple, with a licensed Egyptologist.
  • Lunch at a local restaurant.
  • Free time for photographs and the bazaar.
  • Back the same evening, and the transfer to your hotel.
